Bequia - Orchard House and APARTMENT

Welcome to our home on the beautiful Grenadine island of Bequia. Orchard House is a luxury three bedroom villa with a separate one bedroom studio for rent all year round. Both are fully air conditioned.

Orchard House is newly restored luxury Gingerbread house with spectacular sunsets and views overlooking the yachting paradise of Admiralty Bay on the Island of Bequia; set in a citrus orchard. This house is one of the best in this part of the Carribbean. If you want all the comforts of home, but in a fantastic tropical ocean setting then this is the place for you.

The house is surrounded by a tiled terracotta terrace with covered decks for outdoor eating and admiring the views. The outdoor pool has a jacuzzi with lighting. The garden is dominated by a huge mango tree and several coconut palms with oranges, limes, lemons, avocado and banana palms. Feel free to pick the fruit! We also have many hibiscus which are a favorite with humming birds.

You are about 100 metres from the white coral beach at Admiralty Bay, where a five minute walk along the beach / boardwalk takes you into the town centre. There are good restuarants along the way. From the house you are a 5 to 15 minute walk to the best unspoilt beaches in the carribbean; Princess Margaret's Beach, Lower Bay, Friendship Bay. . . where you will find very friendly beach bar bistros. Orchard house looks out westwards over the Caribbean and has spectacular sunsets almost all year. You can enjoy a cocktail in the jacuzzi looking out over the orchard at the sun going down over the ocean !

Please note the electric system is 220 V with British Plugs. Convertors are available to run small wattage appliances (up to 100 watts) ; but not high wattage US appliances (hairdryers are supplied) . A mobile 'pay-as-you go' phone is available at your request. A welcome pack of groceries can also be arranged at your request.
