Orchard Apartment

Orchard Apartment has direct access out onto the terrace and pool area. You have a lovely small sheltered terrace on which to eat or enjoy the atmosphere.

The apartment is fully renovated with solar powered pressurised hot water and air conditioning. Aircon is modern and very quiet. Water supply is from rain water stored in tanks under the house and as pure as fresh mineral water. New full kitchen with new cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, mixer, blender etc.

There is one double bedroom with a double wardrobe. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, bath tub, whb, wc and toilet.

Twice weekly maid service or more frequent can be arranged. There is a laundry room and barbeque. There is 46 channel cable TV. Electric is included in the price.
