Orchard House - The Interior

Water is fine to drink. Water filter jugs provided for the very cautious! Supermarket within five minutes walk. Restuarants within five to ten minute walk along beachfront. All bedding / towels / beach towels supplied.

Wet season is June to November but can have some of the nicest mixed weather. Dry season is hot and dry (ca. 28 to 30 degrees C daily).

The house is fully renovated with a solar powered pressurised hot water system and air conditioning in every room. Aircon is modern and very quiet. Water supply is from rain water stored in tanks under the house and as pure as fresh mineral water. New full kitchen with cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, mixer, blender etc.

The house sleeps six. There are two double / queen bedrooms and one room with twin beds, each with double wardrobes. We have a fully tiled Italian shower room with whb, wc and toilet; the other bathroom is ensuite with the master bedroom and has a full sized bath tub with shower, whb and wc.

Twice weekly maid service or more frequent can be arranged. There is a laundry room and a large barbeque. 46 channel cable TV, DVD (USA Zone) , broadband wireless or wired (bring an ethernet cable) internet access. Bose speakers for an Ipod. Electric is included in the price.
